The property had a house on the property that was being sold as is. Jeremy pointed out issue that would need to be fixed and offered suggestions on what could be done to existing house and the potential of adding on for additional space. Jeremy did an outstanding job of getting us comp’s of other house with acreage that had been sold in the area and what he thought was a fair offer on the property. When the appraisal came back lower than expected, he made sure that we got the property for a correct/fair price.
